US expected to pull out of UN Human Rights Council over Israel.

Talks with the United States over how to reform the main U.N. rights body have failed to meet Washington’s demands, activists and diplomats say, suggesting that the Trump administration will quit the Geneva forum whose session opens on Monday.

A U.S. source, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Reuters the withdrawal appeared to be “imminent” but had no details.

Diplomatic sources said it was not a question of if but of when the United States retreats from the Human Rights Council, which is holding a three-week session through July 6.

Nikki Haley, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, publicly told the Council a year ago that Washington might leave the body unless a “chronic anti-Israel bias” were removed.

The US is thinking about pulling out of the UN HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL. Just let that sink in for a moment.

We have gone from a beacon of human rights to a country that embraces dictators, separates children from their families and imprisons them in tent cities, and now not only refuses to condemn Israel for its terrible policy concerning the Palestinians but threatens to take our ball and go home if others do as well.

Who are we anymore?

OT? “choiceless choices.” “Trump Is Terrorizing Children”
“When Jewish families arrived at Auschwitz, they walked past a group of doctors who, in the blink of an eye, determined their fate. Men and boys strong enough to work they waved one way, while women and small children they sent in a different direction—to the gas chambers. Family separation preceded family destruction.” “The number six million is indelibly linked to the Final Solution. But there’s another number that is also staggering in its horror: one million. That is the number of children murdered in the Holocaust.”
” “You assume that you face certain death…. So, you pick one so that he will survive. This is an act of reason. It is an act of sick reason. But this act of reason gets undone, reversed, made ridiculous by a simple fact: The boat sinks, the chosen survivor dies and those who had been condemned to death, we live. Or do we?”

It’s hard to put into words the enormity of what Europe’s Jews faced during the Holocaust. ”
“Decisions they were forced to make because the United States and others had decided that Jews did not belong in their country; they were not a part of America; they could never be part of America. And this was a CONscious choice.”
“Deciding who is a member of the nation, who is in and who is out, is a decision to limit the boundaries of one’s moral universe to encompass only those of your group. All those who are within that moral boundary are of concern to you; they are to be protected.”
” Where are they located in relation to our moral universe? ”

How can the USA lecture other countries on human rights when the sadistic dictator in the WH is kidnapping and caging children to use as hostages for his useless wall.

Trump has turned the USA into a third world dictatorship.

And yet it continues, day after day, another outrage perpetrated by Trump & his administration. Seems it’s easy to become a dictator in the United States. Whatever happened to checks & balances and rule of law?

He must be trying to ‘get a reaction’.
Well he got one all right. Oxymoron.

Now the moron in chief is claiming criminals are using children to enter the U S “boarder”.
First the criminals are using tunnels.
Second, since they still have to go through processing, why would they bother.

Just more lies ,stupidity and poor spelling from the idiot.

Illegally crossing the border is criminal. It is a criminal act.

Try crossing the border illegally into Canada or Mexico and let us know how that turns out.

The UN human rights committee condemned trump’s “take innocent children hostage and lock them up” policy as violation of human rights, no wonder he wants to withdraw, they are being mean to him.

In a sane world this policy should sink his presidency.

Anon, illegally crossing the border is a MISDEMEANOR!
