Hey, when the kid says they want ice cream, you better get him some damn ice cream.

A toddler shot and critically wounded his mother in Norwalk Wednesday with a shotgun left sitting in the backseat of the family car, police said.

According to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, the woman was shot at about 3:30 p.m. in the 14600 block of Dinard Street. Officers were called to the scene where they found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso, said Deputy Juanita Navarro-Suarez .

“Preliminary information gathered at the scene revealed that the female’s three children were in the backseat of the vehicle when one of the children accessed an unsecured shotgun and shot her through the back of the seat,” Navarro-Suarez said.

The mother was sitting in the driver’s seat when her son, who is younger than 4 years old, shot her, Navarro-Suarez said. The woman was rushed to a hospital, where her condition was later upgraded to fair, the deputy said.

“The three children in the backseat, another female adult and a young child who sat in the front passenger seat were not injured,” according to Navarro-Suarez.

I don’t know, I’m not a gun owner, but seriously how in the hell does anybody think that it is a good idea to store a shotgun in a car filled with young children?

Do they think they are in a MadMax movie or something?

I actually don’t even care about the mother who was shot, she is almost too fucking stupid to live.

But I do worry about the psychological effects it has on a toddler to cause their toddler when their actions cause such a terrible injury to their mommy.

The mother should lose custody of her children, period.

And if she was not the person who placed the shotgun in the car that person should be arrested for reckless endangerment.

A four year old is not a toddler. They are a prechooler. Not that it matters too much, but you work with kids so … truth in reporting. The kid in the picture is probably a toddler or an older infant.

    OT-FYI
Jackson then, Robson says, guided the boy to do the same to his erect penis. “You and I were brought together by God,” Robson says Jackson told him. “This is how we show our love.” “It spends time with their respective families to understand how semi-watchful parents could be so ignorant of what was going on”

This is Crazzzzzzy…Read it carefully…”[The partner] advised that he told the defendant and victim that they shouldn’t be playing with guns and that they were police officers,” the sergeant wrote. “He felt uncomfortable with them playing with guns and didn’t want to have any part of it and he started to leave. As he left the room but before leaving the apartment he heard a shot.”
