It looks like somebody is tired of having their hoohah grabbed by the world’s biggest pussy.

Stormy Daniels has filed a new lawsuit against President Donald Trump over one of his recent tweets, which the adult film star says was “false and defamatory.”

On April 18, Trump tweeted dismissively about a forensic sketch of a man who Daniels says threatened her in 2011. The president called it “a total con job.”

In the defamation suit, filed in a Manhattan federal court on Monday, Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, alleged that Trump “used his national and international audience of millions of people to make a false factual statement to denigrate and attack” her.

You remember that tweet, don’t you?

Yep, that’s the one.

It appears that Trump thinks he can still grab Daniels by the “you know where, but instead of getting a handful of complaint female, he gets his tiny hands slapped by Michael “Bulldog” Avenatti.

Ah, it’s a whole new world for Donald J. Trump, isn’t it?

“The Wall Street Journal reported that Cohen “missed two deadlines earlier that month to make the $130,000 payment to Ms. Clifford because he couldn’t reach Mr. Trump in the hectic final days of the presidential campaign,” citing a source familiar with the matter.

In fact, according to Cohen’s own tweets, he was in contact with Trump on the very day the hush-money deal was signed and finalized.

On Oct. 27, 2016, Cohen wired $130,000 to Daniels as part of the hush money agreement. The next day, Oct. 28, Cohen signed the agreement, according to court documents (PDF).”

Like other Greek organizations, the process and rituals around joining are often veiled in secrecy, which has periodically prompted inquiries into its practices.”

It’s become increasingly clear that he has no interest in doing the same.”
“’ What the hell was he doing with the pound cake in his hand?“

Cosby argued that a segment of black people were “fighting hard to be ignorant.” He had harsh words for unwed black women, who he said were “having children by five, six different men,” as well as black men who “have pistols and they shoot and they do stupid things.””nd given Cosby’s prior efforts to criticize black people for everything from their language to their clothes, it was a fitting one. Cosby believed his role as “America’s Dad” gave him moral authority.” NOT!

We’re gathering evidence that we believe will prove that the defendant lied when he falsely denigrated Ms. Zervos and when he denied sexually assaulting her,” attorney Mariann Wang, who is representing Zervos, said.

The subpoena seeks every video in MGM’s possession that features Trump talking with or about Zervos, as well as Trump talking about any women in a “sexual or inappropriate manner.”

‘Mr. Cohen, an attorney, received a monthly retainer, not from the campaign and having nothing to do with the campaign, from which he entered into, through reimbursement, a private contract between two parties, known as a non-disclosure agreement, or NDA. These agreements are…..

“Trump starts this tweet by admitting that he was fully aware of the $130,000 payment made to Daniels. He had to be aware because he “reimbursed” Michael Cohen, Trump’s personal attorney and self-styled “fixer,” who arranged the payment to Daniels. Just a month ago, Trump told reporters on Air Force One that he did not know about this payment.”
‘Cohen has told me on the record twice, in February ( …) and in March ( …) that he was never repaid for the $130,000. Less than a week after Trump’s wounding Fox & Friends interview, again, Cohen is dinged by a Trump surrogate.

“this is not a legitimate purpose for a legal retainer. A legal retainer is supposed to pay for legal services, not to reimburse your attorney for making payments with his personal funds. Giuliani described the reimbursement system on Hannity as Trump paying Cohen even though he was “doing no work for the president.””
” Trump has solved Avenatti’s problems by mentioning Daniels by name and referring to her claims as “false and extortionist.” If the affair did occur, this tweet provides a much stronger argument that Trump has defamed Daniels.

By the third tweet, Trump was on a roll.”

“. The payment now appears to be a loan from Cohen to Trump. This would have been required to be reported by Trump on his presidential financial disclosure. And it was not.”
