Stormy Daniels attorney Michael Avenatti suggests Trump impregnated at least one woman, while biographer hints at abortion.

According to Politicususa Avenattie was pressed on this disclosure:

When one of Avenatti’s followers asked him if he had received new evidence to back up these claims, the attorney said he had, and he also defended his track record:

Question: “Why is this breaking now … did you receive new evidence?”

Answer: “Yes.” “And for the haters out there, check my track record. I don’t make claims that are nonsense.”

We have not yet heard what this new evidence is, however, Trump biographer David Cay Johnston dropped this bomb yesterday as well:

Courtesy of Raw Story:

In an interview with SiriusXMProgress host Dean Obeidallah, Johnston said “there are lots of other women,” specifically “brand-name women,” that he thinks are likely hoping they don’t get “dragged into this.”

“I know who they are,” he said. “They are not in the record. But they may” become part of the ongoing scandals.

Obeidallah clarified that “brand-name” meant that they’re famous enough that people know who they are. He asked the biographer if he could “tap once or twice” if the name is one of the people, but Johnston refused to play along.

“This means nothing to the GOP. He could have slept with one hundred women, he could have numerous children out of wedlock,” Obeidallah said.

“He could have paid for numerous abortions through friends, and the party of ‘Family Values’ that constantly rails against abortion would give him a pass,” Johnston continued. “This is — you know, Dean, everything that I predicted that Donald would do in office before he entered office has turned out to be correct.”

I do not think that Avenatti and Johnston are working together, which makes all of this a little serendipitous.

However, if Avenatti is now hinting that these Cohen tapes contain evidence of at least one pregnancy, and Johnston is hinting that there may have been numerous children born out of wedlock, and possible abortions, Donald Trump might be wishing he had never thrown is former “fixer” under the bus right about now.

Giuliani went after Avenatti today on Twitter that he is a liar and no one will ha e him on tv because he is not credible. Again, the mouthpiece Giuliani states an alternative reality. I would bet that Avenatti is stating facts.

In the last few months, Avenatti has made a number of statements and predictions in the media. I don’t recall any that have been proven false, and several that were dismissed at first have turned out to be true. He may be arrogant, but so far his track record is damn good.

Russian Hackers’ New Target: a Vulnerable Democratic Senator

Sen. Claire McCaskill is a top target for Republicans looking to grow their slim Senate majority in 2018. Turns out, Russia’s “Fancy Bear” hackers are going after her staff, too.

The Russian intelligence agency behind the 2016 election cyberattacks targeted Sen. Claire McCaskill as she began her 2018 re-election campaign in earnest, a Daily Beast forensic analysis reveals. That makes the Missouri Democrat the first identified target of the Kremlin’s 2018 election interference.

McCaskill, who has been highly critical of Russia over the years, is widely considered to be among the most vulnerable Senate Democrats facing re-election this year as Republicans hope to hold their slim majority in the Senate. In 2016, President Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton by almost 20 points in the senator’s home state of Missouri.

There’s no evidence to suggest that this particular attack was successful. Asked about the hack attempt by Russia’s GRU intelligence agency, McCaskill told The Daily Beast on Thursday that she wasn’t yet prepared to discuss it.

“I’m not going to speak of it right now,” she said. “I think we’ll have something on it next week. I’m not going to speak about it right now. I can’t confirm or do anything about it right now.”

The revelations of the attempted hack of McCaskill staffers comes just weeks after Special Counsel Robert Mueller indicted 12 Russian intelligence officers, accusing them of orchestrating cyberattacks that targeted the Democratic National Committee, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, and Clinton’s campaign in 2016.

The attempt against McCaskill’s office was a variant of the password-stealing technique used by Russia’s so-called “Fancy Bear” hackers against Clinton’s campaign chairman, John Podesta, in 2016.

The hackers sent forged notification emails to Senate targets claiming the target’s Microsoft Exchange password had expired, and instructing them to change it. If the target clicked on the link, he or she was taken to a convincing replica of the U.S. Senate’s Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) login page, a single sign-on point for e-mail and other services.

…“We did discover that a fake Microsoft domain had been established as the landing page for phishing attacks, and we saw metadata that suggested those phishing attacks were being directed at three candidates who are all standing for elections in the midterm elections,” said Burt, Microsoft’s corporate vice president for customer security and trust. “We took down that domain and working with the government actually were able to avoid anybody being infected by that particular attack.”

They Want Trump’s Liquor License Yanked—and They Just Might Win

Seven District of Columbia residents noticed that D.C. law says you have to be ‘of good character’ to have a liquor license. They want Trump’s taken away. And they might succeed.

Five Washington, D.C., religious leaders and two retired or inactive D.C.-based judges have launched an effort designed to force President Trump to fully disengage from the Trump family business while serving in office.

And unlike other challenges, this one has a very narrow, precise, and attainable target: The Trump International Hotel D.C.’s liquor license, which Trump continues to hold personally, despite having purportedly stepped back from Trump Organization business dealings.

According to Joan Goldfrank, a retired magistrate judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia; Henry H. Kennedy, Jr., an inactive senior U.S. District Court judge for the District of Columbia; Rev. William Lamar IV, the senior pastor at the Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church in Washington, D.C.; Rev. Jennifer Butler, the founding executive director of Faith in Public Life and the former chair of the White House Council on Faith and Neighborhood Partnerships; Rev. Dr. Timothy Tee Boddie, a Baptist preacher; Rabbi Jack Moline, a Conservative Jewish rabbi; and Rabbi Aaron Potek, an Orthodox Jewish rabbi, all residents of D.C., the Trump hotel’s liquor license should be revoked.

That is because Trump remains the owner of the licensee—the Trump International—and D.C. law requires an owner to be “of good character.” The complainants argue that Trump having been accused of sexual assault by at least 16 women, his foundation continuing to be dogged by allegations of impropriety, his failure to pay contractors money owed, his maintenance of relationships with alleged criminals, and his attitudes toward minority groups and regarding race relations collectively mean he falls short of the legal “good character” standard.

If you think this sounds crazy, get this: The District of Columbia Alcohol Beverage Control Board just might wind up agreeing.

Hannity Stumbles And Stutters While Explaining His Relationship With Michael Cohen

Sean Hannity laughably claimed to be “totally transparent” as he put forth a completely incoherent “explanation” of his relationship with former Trump attorney Michael Cohen.

Hannity was clearly unhappy with the breaking news about the release of the Cohen tape Tuesday night. In it, Cohen is heard discussing with Donald Trump hush money to Playboy model Karen McDougal, in contradiction of current-lawyer Rudy Giuliani’s claim that it would prove “exculpatory.”

“I don’t see any there there, it seems like a dud and I don’t know what these other 11 tapes are about,” Hannity groused.

As I’ve previously written, it seems clear to me that Hannity had a relationship with Cohen that will prove very embarrassing, at the least, once the details are known. The fact that there are 11 more tapes, some of which are said to include conversations between Cohen and “members of the media” seems, I have theorized, terrifying to Hannity.

To put it bluntly, Hannity also seemed drunk on the air. Whatever the reason, Hannity’s statement about his relationship with Cohen only served to raise more questions:

HANNITY: I was not a client of his, although, I did ask him a legal question on — we used to talk, privately, and I – so — but we didn’t have a business relationship, and — just to be totally transparent.

“Brunson, 50, is originally from North Carolina and has lived in Turkey for more than two decades. He was swept up by Turkish authorities along with journalists, activists, military officers and others in a government crackdown following a failed military coup attempt in 2016.”
“Speaking at the State Department’s Ministerial to Advance Religious Freedom – a new event under the Trump administration – Pence was joined by Brunson’s daughter, Jacqueline Furnari. He promised her that he and Trump would continue to fight for Brunson’s release. The vice president said he’d also recently spoken to Brunson and his wife.

“I know that his faith will sustain him,” Pence said. “But it shouldn’t have to.”Brunson was held for more than a year without charges before being accused of “dividing and separating Turkey by simply spreading his Christian faith,”
“Pence called that move a “welcome first step” but “not good enough,” and called on “believers” to pray for Brunson’s release.” “Pence said only that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan should be “prepared to face the consequences” if the pastor is not released immediately.” “Tony Perkins, another Trump ally and advisor, called the move a “clear, unequivocal message to the tyrants in Turkey” in a tweet.

Brunson is being represented by the American Center for Law and Justice, which released a statement crediting Trump’s “critical role” in Brunson’s release from prison this week. The group’s chief counsel, Jay Sekulow, has also represented Trump in legal matters.”

OT. How did Giuliani happen to be in the green room at CNN when the news broke about Cohen and the Trump Tower meeting with the Russians? This would have been quite a coincidence that Giuliani came out painting Cohen as a liar who lied for years. A Daily Beast reporter said the plan is for anyone in Trump’s orbit to destroy Cohen’s credibility. This is what Trump and his people do to anyone but Putin.

Feds reportedly seized over 100 tapes from Cohen.

I’m not surprised. Trump’s other lawyers would meet with him in pairs so they had a witness since he LIES. So Cohen taped him for insurance. Good thing too.

And mow Donald’s money man is beong sinpoenaed. The CFO of the Trump organization is going to have to testify before the Grand Jury regarding charges against Cohen. This could open up a whole lot of grief for Trump. Will tax returns be next?
