This is certainly not a good week for Trump.
Courtesy of Politico:
The Senate voted Wednesday for a second time to block President Donald Trump’s emergency declaration, rebuking the president over his attempt to fund a border wall without congressional approval.
In a 54-41 vote, the Senate approved a resolution to disapprove of Trump’s emergency declaration, including 11 Republicans. The vote comes after the Trump administration announced it would divert $3.6 billion in military construction funding from several states to build his border wall.
Sadly it is very likely that Trump will veto this resolution, but at least now the Senate is on record as rebuking his plan to steal money from military families in order to build his useless border wall.
I am also gratified to see that Alaska’s own Senator Lisa Mirkowski voted in favor of this resolution.
It is not much, since she surely knows he will veto it, but at least it is something.

Less than 24 hours after the tweet, Eric Trump destroyed the claim with an announcement of new development for Trump’s Scotland golf course. Scotland is not in the United States and thus considered “international.”“Congratulations to our extraordinary @TrumpScotland team! Minutes ago, we received full and total approval for a new phase of development to include 500 homes, 50 cottages, sports center, retail and more,”
Eric Trump bragged.
the Trumps were actually sitting in an area that was reserved for them. {FITTING}

I wish they would pass a resolution to stop him from stealing our tax money to go play golf ever weekend.
Nice to see there are some Republicans that will defy Moscow Mitch and Donald Dimwit.
