This blog is dedicated to finding the truth, exposing the lies, and holding our politicians and leaders accountable when they fall far short of the promises that they have made to both my fellow Alaskans and the American people.
If it weren’t for the fact that they are endangering others, i would say go ahead and get infected because obviously they are genetic junk and need to be weeded out.
“Mass casualties from the coronavirus could upend the political landscape in battleground states and shift contests away from President Donald Trump, according to a new analysis.
Academic researchers writing in a little-noticed public administration journal — Administrative Theory & Praxis — conclude that when considering nothing other than the tens of thousands of deaths projected from the virus, demographic shifts alone could be enough to swing crucial states to Joe Biden in the fall.”
“Voters who cast their ballots for Donald Trump in 2016 are more likely than voters who cast their ballots for Hillary Clinton to say that they have “cheated” on social distancing during the coronavirus pandemic — and much less likely to say they will continue to obey their state’s lockdown order as long as it’s in effect.
According to the latest Yahoo News/YouGov poll, which was conducted from April 17 to 19, most Trump and Clinton voters claim they haven’t broken the rules of social distancing. But the share of Trump voters who say they haven’t cheated (63 percent) is 10 points lower than the share of Clinton voters who say the same, while the share of Trump voters who say they have cheated (26 percent) is 6 points higher than the share of Clinton voters (20 percent) who are willing to confess. That’s a net difference of 16 percentage points.
When it comes to complying with lockdown measures going forward, the divide between the two camps is even more pronounced. A full 82 percent of Clinton voters say they will adhere to their state’s stay-at-home orders for the duration; only 54 percent of Trump voters say the same. Thirteen percent of Trump voters openly admit they won’t; another 13 percent say they’re “not sure.” (Twenty percent of Trump voters say they aren’t under lockdown orders.)
Trump voters are also 19 points less likely than Clinton voters to say they have strictly obeyed existing stay-at-home regulations — and 8 points more likely to describe their level of compliance as “not strict” at all.”
It’s as many of us suspect. More Trump voters are likely to get covid-19 and a percentage of them are going to die. It’s just how the virus works.
“…many Trump voters seem to have concluded that the coronavirus isn’t much of a worry for them. In fact, only 18 percent of them say they are “very worried”; among Clinton voters that number is nearly 30 points higher (47 percent). Meanwhile, a full 43 percent of Trump voters say they’re “not very worried” or “not worried at all” — higher than the number of Americans (26 percent), Clinton voters (9 percent) or even Republicans (35 percent) who say the same thing. ”
So we are going to see a surge in red states, despite being rural. The virus kills a higher percentage of those infected than the seasonal flu does. If enough of them are in swing states, you are going to see an effect on the electoral college.
So Trump urging his cult in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania to revolt against the stay at home is sort of biting him in the ass. If they go out, don’t wear masks, don’t social distance, think it’s a hoax or not a serious threat to their health, they are going to catch it and 2-4% of them are going to die. That could be enough to swing the vote.
That’s on top of those that just think Trump is an idiot who has handled the pandemic like a moron. They’ll live and they won’t vote for him.
“President Donald Trump has been warned by his political advisers in recent weeks that his perilously low standing with suburban female voters could be worsening amid the lingering coronavirus crisis, imperiling his chances for re-election.
Five sources on the Trump campaign or in the administration told The Daily Beast that they fear the global pandemic and resulting U.S. economic downturn are potentially feeding frustration with the president among this demographic, which the campaign’s own polling sees as crucial in 2020. Two of the sources said the issue of suburban women has been raised in direct conversations with Trump in the past four weeks.”
He never did that well with women to begin with.
“Trump’s efforts to reverse his fortunes have broken down into three main strategies: media ubiquity through daily press briefings; increasing blame directed at China, where the coronavirus outbreak originated; and routine talk of “reopening” the economy.
But those efforts have largely either failed to gain traction or backfired. Data compiled by the progressive firm Navigator polling showed a major erosion in support among Republican voters—and women in particular—for loosening stay-at-home directives.”
I guess that explains his turnaround, first criticizing Georgia for locking down and then criticizing Georgia for opening up. The results of the poll must have just come in.
“On April 16, 40 percent of GOP women said they worried that those restrictions would “go too long” and 41 percent worried that they’d “end too soon.” One week later—after Trump had embraced the idea of “liberat[ing]” states—those numbers stood at 32 percent and 53 percent.”
Bingo. When the polling numbers reversed, so did Trump.
“In a recent White House meeting, Trump was briefed on his latest poll numbers, including those on suburban women voters in a Fox News survey from late March, which showed 60 percent of suburban women disliked how Trump has acted as president. According to a source with knowledge of the discussion, Trump responded by quipping that Fox pollsters were always out to “get” him, and largely dismissed the data.”
Well, of course he dismissing it. His gut tells him they love him. He’s their favorite president.
His malignant narcissism will be his undoing.

trump is going to dump Pence and blame the virus fiasco all on Mikie, then he will choose a woman for VP, which isn’t going to work out very well because he hates women.

Since they are being paid by republican donors, do the donors also pay their medical bills?
