Now we know why John Bolton will not testify before Congress, he has a book deal.

Aha! The plot sickens.

Courtesy of CNN:

John Bolton has stayed pretty quiet since resigning as President Trump’s national security adviser in September. But he evidently has a book’s worth of something to say.

Bolton has struck a deal to write a book for Simon & Schuster, according to two sources with knowledge of the deal.

One of the sources said the book will come out sometime in 2020 before the presidential election.

The publishing house declined to comment on Saturday, as did a spokesperson for Bolton.

Bolton was previously reported to be in talks about a potential book project — which sparked speculation about whether he would publicly break with Trump.

You may remember that Bolton’s lawyer recently said that his client had “many relevant meetings and conversations” connected to the Ukraine pressure campaign that House impeachment investigators have not yet been informed about.

That got a lot of us excited, myself included.

But now we learn that Bolton is only willing to talk about this very important information if he is paid to do so.

Fuck that bullshit.

One the one hand I am disappointed that we have to wait for information that is relevant to this impeachment process to come out in a book.

But on the other hand, I am relieved that I do not have to write about freaking John Bolton as if he is some kind of savior.

The man is a war criminal and the idea that I had to write about him in a positive manner frankly made me sick to my stomach.

John Bolton was a POS in the lead up to the Iraq war, he was a Fox News contributing POS after that, and he remains a money-grubbing POS today.

So fuck him.

We have plenty of evidence, provided by real American patriots, to impeach Donald Trump and we do not need him to make that happen.

Do tell what is the reason why she resigned? And what’s the latest with that divorce?

During the course of the memoir, which will be available to the public on Tuesday, Haley remains relatively tight-lipped on personal criticisms of the president, and writes of her support of various matters of foreign affairs. Specifically, she writes that she backed particularly controversial international matters including withdrawal from both the Paris climate accord and the Iran nuclear deal.

In a separate interview with The Washington Post in advance of the memoir’s release, Haley said she does not view Trump’s alleged coercion with foreign powers to be an impeachable offense.
