Michael Avenatti reveals name of latest Kavanaugh accuser. Update!

Courtesy of CNBC:

The lawyer Michael Avenatti on Wednesday identified another accuser of Supreme Court pick Brett Kavanaugh, Washington resident Julie Swetnick.

Swetnick, in an affidavit posted online by Avenatti, claims that Kavanaugh, as a high school student in the early 1980s, with others spiked the drinks of girls at house parties with grain alcohol and/or drugs to “cause girls to lose inhibitions and their ability to say ‘No.’ “

Swetnick said these efforts by Kavanaugh and his buddy Mark Judge were done so the girls “could then be ‘gang raped‘ in a side room or bedroom by a ‘train’ of numerous boys.”

“I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh,” Swetnick said.

She also said that in approximately 1982 “I became the victim of one of these ‘gang’ or ‘train’ rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present.”

Here is what the website Heavy.com has to say about Swetnick:

Julie Swetnick lives in Washington D.C. after living most of her life in Maryland, most recently in Bethesda. She has worked in the U.S. government in the past, including at the U.S. Mint and at the Department of Homeland Security.

Swetnick attended the University of Maryland and Montgomery College after graduating from Gaithersburg High School.

Avenatti had said earlier that his client received security clearance from the government for her job, and that appears to be true.

Now keep in mind at this time the Kavanaugh confirmation vote is still scheduled for this Friday.

At this point, I do not see how that can still move forward.

Update: Here is the latest tweet from Avenatti.

Keep in mind that this affidavit is a legal document that she signed.

If she is lying this would already place her in legal jeopardy.

Update 2: Trump actually attacks Avenatti with a new tweet.

Damn, that was a stupid thing to do!

“Renate Schroeder Dolphin, who was the butt of Kavanaugh and friends’ “alumni” joke, previously had signed a letter of support for him, proclaiming his respect for women when she knew him in high school. She told the New York Times she was not aware of the yearbook reference when she signed the letter and said in a statement that the “insinuation is horrible, hurtful and simply untrue.”
” We viscerally know what “Renate Alumnius” means because we are collectively fluent, after long experience, in the subtle language of misogyny.
And we also know how it feels to have our fluency in that language denied. When women identify disrespect or demand better treatment, we are often the ones who are punished, or told that our version of events doesn’t reflect reality. The denials from Kavanaugh’s lawyers are practically Trumpian: Yes, it says what it says and we all know what that means, but you can’t believe your lyin’ eyes.”

“During the years 1981-82, I became aware of efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to ‘spike’ the ‘punch’ at house parties I attended with drugs and/or grain alcohol so as to cause girls to lose their inhibitions and their ability to say ‘No,’” Swetnick says in her statement. “I also witnessed efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to cause girls to become inebriated and disoriented so they could then be ‘gang raped’ in a side room.” Swetnick also says that she herself became a victim of gang rape in 1982 — and she claims that Kavanaugh and Judge “were present” during the assault. Swetnick says that she told two other people what had happened “shortly after the incident.”

“During the incident, I was incapacitated without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me,” “I believe I was drugged using Quaaludes or something similar placed in what I was drinking.”

At this point, I do not see how that can still move forward.
Oh it is going to move forward alright, the republicans could care less, all they want is this predator on the bench. Which I still find “odd” since there are other conservative judges on the bench that could be nominated. So my question is what has brett promised besides overturning Roe vs Wade (we know he has NO RESPECT for women) and the get out of jail free card for trump?

However if the Democrats really take the house and senate, they can deal with Brett then.

It isn’t just about the fact he is a sexual predator. He also lied about receiving stolen documents and other items during his testimony. HE IS A LIAR.

Feinstein unearths another Kavanaugh lie, proving that he has no respect for the rule of law

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh has a big problem with serial lying in his sworn testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee. About really serious stuff, like torture, like warrantless surveillance. Now, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) tells Politico, she’s identified another critical lie, in which Kavanaugh lied to senators about having violated secrecy laws governing grand juries during the Starr investigation of President Bill Clinton……..

“Swetnick said she first met Kavanaugh and Judge, a classmate of Kavanaugh’s who came to the nominee’s defense, around 1980-1981. She described the two as “extremely close friends” who were “joined at the hip.”

She said she attended “well over ten house parties” from 1981-1983. Between 1981-1982, she said at these parties she began to notice Judge, Kavanaugh and others would attempt to “‘spike’ the ‘punch’ at house parties I attended with drugs and/or grain alcohol so as to cause girls to lose their inhibitions and their ability to say ‘No.’”

Kavanaugh and Judge, she said, would “‘target’ particular girls … it was usually a girl that was especially vulnerable because she was alone at the party or shy.” She said she has a “firm recollection” of seeing boys ― including Judge and Kavanaugh ― “lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room.””

“These most recent allegations don’t have anything to do with Dr. Ford,” Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn (R-Texas) said. “My view is, the longer this nomination strings out the more you’re going to get more reckless allegations that have no basis in fact.”

Sen. Susan Collins of Maine also said Thursday’s hearing should go ahead as planned.

“The hearing should go forward to go forward tomorrow because we’ll find out valuable information,” said Collins, an undecided Republican. She takes the latest allegation Wednesday “very seriously,”

If fifty women came forward accussing Brett Kavanaugh of spiking their drinks and gang banging them, Trump’s support for the man will be stronger. Trump, as we know by now, loves his rapist men. The predators protect one another of coarse. Then Brett can determine decisions regarding women’s bodies because obviously his level of respect for women’s bodies started way back. Women need to band together at this point. The men in Washington cannot be trusted!

“The hearing is not a criminal trial. The move to bring in an outside counsel to question Dr. Ford and Kavanaugh was another attempt to confuse people into believing that there is a legal threshold for credibility. The hearing on Thursday isn’t about Christine Blasey Ford. It is about the honesty, credibility, and fitness of Brett Kavanaugh for a lifetime appointment on the Supreme Court.

If Republicans really believed Kavanaugh, they would investigate the sexual assault allegations against him. If the White House believed Brett Kavanaugh, they would direct the FBI to investigate the sexual assault allegations. The fact that no Republican who supports Kavanaugh is willing to back an investigation to prove his innocence should tell you all that you need to know.”

OMG, like how are we not surprised, a fifth accuser has come forward !!!!! Did little brett keep a calendar from 1985, that shows he was never on a boat? Interesting how all these women state that he was DRUNK at the time !!!!
Senate investigating fifth Brett Kavanaugh accuser who says woman was raped on a boat in Rhode Island

Supreme Court nominee has a fifth accuser, this time from 1985 when he was 20 years old.

According to documents posted by Bloomberg reporter Jennifer Epstein, Kavanaugh was involved in an incident on a boat in a Newport, Rhode Island harbor.

So, for the record, the report from Senator Whitehouse states, “Senator Whitehouse received a call this morning from a Rhode Island constituent [unnamed] who made allegations regarding U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. [Unnamed] reported that early on a Sunday morning in August of 1985, a close acquaintance of the constituent was sexually assaulted by two heavily inebriated men she referred to at the time as Brett and Mark.”

“The event took place on a 36-foot maroon and white boat in the harbor at Newport, Rhode Island, after the three had met at a local bar. According to [unnamed], when he learned of the assault at approximately 5:00 a.m. that same morning, he and another individual went to the harbor, located the boat the victim had described and physically confronted the two men, leaving them with significant injuries,” the statement read.

“[Unnamed] recently realized that one of the men was Brett Kavanaugh when she saw Kavanaugh’s high school yearbook photo on television over the weekend. He promptly reported the incident to our office on Monday Morning, September 24, 2018,” it continued.

Kavanaugh said he has never been on a boat in Newport.

The news comes after a fourth woman was announced. Her mother reached out to the Senate after she and three other women witnessed Kavanaugh slam a woman against a wall outside of a bar in a sexually aggressive way. Kavanaugh denies that as well.

No wonder the rethugs want to expedited the vote, at this rate with one or two new accusers/day, brett will be right up there with trump in the number of women they have assaulted.

I keep thinking of that email that he sent his buddies about their” guys weekend” and they were suppose to keep what happened from their wives. What exactly were they doing that they didn’t want their wives to know?

Bombshell Fourth Allegation: Drunk Kavanaugh ‘Aggressively And Sexually’ Assaulted Woman At Bar
……According to an anonymous complaint sent to Republican Sen. Cory Gardner of Colorado, Kavanaugh physically assaulted a woman he socialized with in the Washington, D.C., area in 1998 while he was inebriated.

The sender of the complaint described an evening involving her own daughter, Kavanaugh and several friends in 1998.

“When they left the bar (under the influence of alcohol) they were all shocked when Brett Kavanaugh, shoved her friend up against the wall very aggressively and sexually.”

“There were at least four witnesses including my daughter.” The writer of the letter provided no names but said the alleged victim was still traumatized and had decided to remain anonymous herself…..

‘Avenatti said. “I’m a low-life and an I’m a third-rate lawyer, and meanwhile the hand-picked lawyer for Donald Trump for 10 to 12 years, Michael Cohen, just pled guilty to multiple felonies including at least two of which involved direct conduct by the president of the United States.”

he went on to say that if he is a “third-rate lawyer” and has been able to accomplish all that he has in just six months, “imagine if I was a first-rate lawyer.”

The president’s son Don Jr. also came after Avenatti with a tweet this evening calling Avenatti a “porn star lawyer.”

“Evidently he forgot his father was the one who had unprotected sex with my ‘porn star’ client while his step-brother was four months old,”

“Although Republicans on the judiciary committee hired an outside counsel to do their questioning, the senators are now saying they may jump in and participate as well.
Democrats have no idea how it will work when they have only five minutes each to try to get to the bottom of what Kavanaugh did or didn’t do.”
“there are real concerns that Democrats will be at a disadvantage by the setup. Five minutes isn’t long to pursue a line of questioning. IN FACT, it could lead to just one question and one answer if Kavanaugh filibusters in his response. Or senators may decide to make a point and just talk themselves for most of the time. But whatever the outcome, it could lead to a disjointed process on the Democratic side.” “It’s outrageous that Democrats will have only five minutes each to question Kavanaugh, especially given how evasive and dishonest he has been in previous hearings,” said Chris Kang chief counsel for the anti-Kavanaugh group Demand Justice. “Clearly, Republicans know that every time Kavanaugh speaks, he’s losing, and they want to limit the damage as much as possible.””
