Lawyers suing Donald Trump over immigration laws want those Apprentice tapes.

Well, this is one way to see if they exist.

Lawyers suing President Donald Trump over his decision to end special protections shielding certain immigrants from deportation are seeking unaired footage from his reality TV show “The Apprentice” to try to bolster their case alleging the move was racially motivated, the attorneys said Wednesday.

Lawyers for Civil Rights, which sued Trump in February, has issued subpoenas to MGM Holdings Inc. and Trump Productions LLC demanding any footage shot during the production of the show in which Trump “uses racial and/or ethnic slurs” or “makes remarks concerning race, nationality and/or ethnic background.”

Former White House staffer and fellow reality-TV star Omarosa Manigault Newman claimed without evidence in a book released in August, “Unhinged,” that a tape exists of the president using the N-word on the reality show’s set.

Trump has denied the existence of such tapes, tweeting that the show’s producer told him “there are NO TAPES of the Apprentice where I used such a terrible and disgusting word as attributed by Wacky and Deranged Omarosa.”

“I don’t have that word in my vocabulary, and never have,” Trump said.

Well according to Omarosa these tapes DO exist, and according to Michael Cohen Trump spews racist vitriol all of the damn time.

My guess is that these tapes absolutely exist, and I am hoping that these lawyers gain access to them and then publicize them so that the Dems can play them in the political ads they will be running in 2020.

Of course to be honest that will likely only make Trump’s base love him even more.

Hopefully he is long gone by 2020. I am enjoying his decompensatory toddler breakdown. The thing with mentally ill people like Trump and Palin is that they BELIEVE their own lies. Palin in her cray cray existance really believes that the wild ride she invented happened. Trump believes his cretin children are innocents not complicits.
We can’t fix the pathology of a person who was born this way. But we can say that they are unfit to serve. This shit has gone on too long already. When Mueller takes his dump, it better be big enough to take it all down and QUICKLY.

“The state cannot appeal the sentence, and prosecutors and victim’s advocates are disappointed with the punishment.

“Incredibly disturbing,” said Stacy McNeiland, CEO of the Care Center in Oklahoma City. “Likely, those images will never go away, and they will circulate the dark webs or inter webs for years and years and years so every child, every image of that child continues to be re-victimized every single time it’s viewed.”

Norman police found several images of child pornography on Hazer’s iPad and laptop, which were seized in February.

Hazer served as an unpaid Cleveland County sheriff’s reserve deputy from 2014 to 2016.”

“This kind of list is dangerous. That is why, for example, there is a law against compiling a list of gun owners. It would be too easy to use that list to confiscate guns from law-abiding citizens. This prohibition protects our freedom under the Second Amendment of the Constitution. Why should the First Amendment be any different?”

“The Trump administration has an unprecedented doctrine of presidential power, which boils down to a basic belief that the constitution doesn’t apply to the actions of this president. They used the same principle of the president can do whatever he wanted when they took Jim Acosta’s press pass, and they have been once again quickly smacked down in court.

The lawless Trump administration refuses to see that they are not above the law.”

OT? “In a recent survey by two American chambers of commerce in China, one third of the companies who responded said they were looking to switch to production outside of China as a result of the trade war. Only 6% said they were considering moving business back to the United States.

Hey Gryph, why do we have to read through a bunch of BS before we can read true responses to the headlined article ?
