The other guy is Richard Nixon.
Honestly did anybody believe that in their lifetime they would see Richard “Tricky Dick” Nixon replaced as the most corrupt president in American history?
Because I certainly didn’t.

@ananavarro
Rick Perry is the latest to say Trump is “the chosen one”.
It looks like a cult. It walks like a cult. It quacks like a cult.
Yes, people. Trump’s base is a cult.
Trump IS the Chosen One.
Putin chose him.

trump surpassed Nixon in terms of crimes and corruption years ago. We got rid of Nixon, let’s hope history repeats itself.

Oxford Dictionary just announced its “word of the year” for 2019.
They’re the second ones to do that, after Collins Dictionary a few weeks ago. And so far, we’re two-for-two on words relating to climate change.
Collins went with “climate strike” as their word and now Oxford has gone with “climate emergency” as their word of the year.
As Trump’s toadies face the decision of whether to testify truthfully, or continue to cover up for the current occupant of the White House, or simply duck the subpoenas, they might do well to consider what happened to Nixon’s toadies.

Nixon walking on the beach at San Clemente…
Nixon was at least a polititian(?) he how political games work. trump has been clueless all his life.
I honestly thought George Bush would be our worst president in my lifetime. Trump has FAR exceeded Bush. I honestly didn’t think the Republicans could come up with a candidate worse than Bush. Nor did I expect them to allow Trump to be their nominee. I think even some Republicans were both surprised and disgusted. Hence the number of those opting not to run for re-election or outright resigning.
