That was in response to a Los Angles Times article in which former White House chief of staff John Kelly said this:

“To be honest, it’s not a wall,” Kelly said.

“The president still says ‘wall’ — oftentimes frankly he’ll say ‘barrier’ or ‘fencing,’ now he’s tended toward steel slats. But we left a solid concrete wall early on in the administration when we asked people what they needed and where they needed it.”

Trump followed that tweet up an hour later with this one:

“Help, help, I’ve fucked thing up and I need you guys to fix it for me.”

Three hours later Trump also tweeted this:

Of course, the Democrats have absolutely no reason, or desire, to come back early and bail Trump out.

Instead, they will come back on January 3rd to take over and will work to fix things in spite of him.

There were also some questions as to whether or no Trump was actually in the Oval Office.

Now it is the tradition for there to be a Marine guard on duty whenever the president is in the White House since there was not one many believed he was lying.

However, White House press secretary Hogan Gidley disputes that:

My question is if Gidley saw him in there why did he not take a picture as proof?

At this point, I am not sure where Trump is, or what he is doing.

But what I do know is that we are ending 2018 with no border wall, the government shutdown, no Attorney General, no White House Chief of Staff, no Secretary of Defense, and the stock market in freefall.

I don’t know what 2019 holds in store, but it would really have to fail hard to be worse for the country than 2018.
