Courtesy of NYT:

President Trump fired John R. Bolton, his third national security adviser, on Tuesday amid fundamental disagreements over how to handle major foreign policy challenges like Iran, North Korea and Afghanistan.

Mr. Trump announced the decision on Twitter. “I informed John Bolton last night that his services are no longer needed at the White House. I disagreed strongly with many of his suggestions, as did others in the Administration, and therefore I asked John for his resignation, which was given to me this morning. I thank John very much for his service. I will be naming a new National Security Advisor next week.”

His departure comes as Mr. Trump is pursuing diplomatic openings with two of the United States’ most intractable enemies, efforts that have troubled hard-liners in the administration, like Mr. Bolton, who view North Korea and Iran as profoundly untrustworthy.

Pretty clear that John Bolton did not say yes to Trump enough to hang onto his job.

Donald Trump only wants one thing from his subordinates and that is complete acquiescence to his every demand.

I am certainly no fan of John Bolton’s but I fear that he may be the last person still telling Trump that being best buddies with Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un is a bad thing.

No telling what happens now, but I can guarantee it will be no good.

“It is a raucous republic and the battle of ideas is what our founders had in mind,” he said in a lengthy interview with CNN. What they didn’t have in mind,
“was nine old people in Washington sitting in robes telling everybody else how to live.”

    @AmbJohnBolton
I offered to resign last night and President Trump said, “Let’s talk about it tomorrow.”

What a perfect job for Sarah to fill

She would get our North Korea ally to help us invade South Korea.

trump fired him because Bolton was against meeting with the Taliban. little donnie made a fool of himself by announcing the secret meeting and cancelling it as well as inviting terrorists to Camp David (wants that Noble Prize like Jimmy Carter) the week of 9/11

That’s the way it works with little donnie, you say NO and he says You’re fired, still thinks he is on the apprentice.

These assholes who are behind trump propping him up for their own designs must know that that was what happened to heil hitler. People tried to prop the madman to get what they wanted. Which apparantly turned out to be death of jews. Now we have people behind trump who are doing the same. And the bastard gets stronger no matter how crazy we percieve him his red hatters are in love with his white supremacist message. You gotta love the human race because weve learned shit.

The christian idea that nature is corrupt IS THE SINGLE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM. The idea is wrong.

Christianity is properly understood through analogy and correspondence. There is simply no deity elsewhere that saves – to believe there is is a wrong incorrect belief.

According to Bolton he offered his resignation Monday night and Trump refused and suggested they talk the next morning.

Press Liar, I mean Secretary supports Trump’s version which is how we know Bolton’s version is the accurate one.

Trump is such a pussy-ass bitch he has to make it look like he fired Bolton. What a wussy Fuck-face Von Clownschtick whiney little bitch.

“rump has never cared about sound policymaking for two reasons: 1. Because he has no interest in/grasp of policy; and 2. To him, it doesn’t make for good television.

At the end of the day, there is almost no one who disagrees that John Bolton is one of the most dangerous foreign policy thinkers of our time. But the way he left is just another example of the chaos swirling around Donald Trump’s national security team.”

Nance was one hundred percent correct. There is a layer of cowardice in the Republican Party that is enabling and protecting an unfit president who is a danger to the country. A true patriot, no matter their politics, would place the country ahead of their partisan loyalties, and expose Trump.
