Donald Trump finds someone who agrees with him about “flippers.” It just so happens to be a mob boss.

Reputed Philadelphia mob boss Joseph “Skinny Joey” Merlino endorsed President Trump’s view of stool pigeons on Wednesday after getting sentenced to two years in prison.

“President Trump was right. They need to outlaw flippers,” Merlino said while leaving Manhattan federal court to surrender in 45 days.

In February, Merlino scored a hung jury on racketeering charges following a trial at which several mob snitches testified against him.

He struck a plea bargain to illegal gambling to avoid a re-trial.

Although sentencing guidelines called for 10 to 16 months in the slammer, Judge Richard Sullivan slapped Merlino, 56, with the max.

“I don’t think anyone who saw this trial would think that less than two years is appropriate,” he said.

Here is Trump saying that flipping should “almost be outlawed.”

Trump really got a rash of shit for saying that since of course it is a tried and true method used in law enforcement to take down some really bad people.

But now at least he knows that he has the support from members of organized crime.

Does anybody else’s head hurt, because my head really hurts right now?

It was 60f in Philly today. Why the winter jacket and gloves? Merlino has been a constant news joke for the past 20 years. The Philly mob are just bulk cocaine dealers and a intercity protection racket.
