Donald Trump claims that if Stacey Abrams is elected governor of Georgia that the 2nd Amendment is gone. Wait, what?

Courtesy of Business Insider:

President Donald Trump said on Sunday that Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams would “get rid of” the Second Amendment if elected, though the Democrat has stated on several occasions that she believes in the right to bear arms.

Speaking during a rally for Republican Brian Kemp in Macon, the president suggested that in addition to ending the Second Amendment — a power that governors do not possess — people will be sent door to door to collect all existing firearms. Trump also claimed that electing Abrams would turn the state of Georgia into the nation of Venezuela without providing evidence.

Abrams did co-sponsor a gun safety bill, but that targeted certain assault weapons and most certainly was not designed to “get rid of” the second amendment.

Besides how in the hell does a governor from one state take away a constitutional amendment?

Trump is now just saying shit that he believes will freak out his supporters, no matter how bizarre or ridiculous it might be.

Maybe she should have chosen to run for congress instead of governor. There she could have championed the impeachment of the liar in chief and actually done something that would be national in scope — which a governor does not have the power to do. What an idiot he is — except he knows full well what he is saying is impossible. Why oh why can’t he be canned for all the harm he is doing intentionally? No Board of Directors of a public company would let him stay on as CEO if he behaved as he has done for the past 2 years and beyond. So why do we have to continue to put up with him. Wish we had the recall or vote of confidence as other countries do. Maybe that could have gotten around the do-nothing house and senate — a way the people could actually have fired the POS, and the enablers in Congress would just have had to watch us and deal with it.

The scene was all too familiar to Primis. aka “GOing SOdini” aka “GOing ER,”

Nine years earlier, she was instructing an aerobics class in Pennsylvania when a man entered the room and began shooting the women inside. Twelve women were struck by bullets, including her, and three of them died.
Both were white men in their 40s. Both targeted exercise classes traditionally favored by female clients. Both felt rejected by women and blamed them for their failures in life. Both posted their distorted, misogynistic ramblings online.
Sodini, 48, wrote about his “exit plan” in an online journal and described his troubles with women. He bemoaned his inability to attract a partner and wrote that he had not had sex since he was 29.
“I dress good, am clean-shaven, bathe, touch of cologne – yet 30 MILLION women rejected me – over an 18 or 25-year period,”
he wrote. “Thirty MILLION is my rough guesstimate of how many desirable single women there are.
A man needs a woman for confidence … This type of life I see is a closed world with me specifically and totally excluded.”
men who believe they can’t attract a partner and who blame women for their romantic and sexual failures.
in 2014. Before going on his rampage, Elliot Rodger posted a manifesto in which he explained that he had “no choice but to exact revenge on the society” that denied him sex and love. – Beierle in 2014, railed against the “treachery” of women — calling them “cunts,” “bitches“ and “vipers” — and expressed a desire to get even with those who wronged him. In one video, titled
“The Plight of the Adolescent Male,” Beierle said he related to Rodger.
“I don’t think a female can ever understand a societal pressure that is put on an adolescent male to unburden himself of this
    STIGMA,”referring to virginity.
To this day, Primis doesn’t know why Sodini picked her aerobics class that night, though it appears to have been premeditated. He had a copy of the class schedule, investigators said, and her class was circled.

Those trump supporters are all in favor of getting rid of birth citizenship, but they are too stupid to think ahead if a president can get rid of the 14th amendment, he/she can get rid of the 2nd amendment also.

republicans will tell any lie, if they think their ignorant base will believe it.
