Donald Trump angry that Fox News dared to interview Democratic candidate Pete Buttgieg.

Courtesy of Newsweek:

President Donald Trump on Sunday lashed out at the Fox News Channel and Chris Wallace for allowing 2020 candidate Pete Buttigieg airtime in a series of tweets, where he declared the network is “moving more and more to the losing side.”

Hours before Buttigieg was set to hold a Fox News Town Hall event, Trump took to Twitter to blast the network for “moving to the losing side” by “wasting airtime” on the 37-year-old South Bend Mayor and complained that Wallace “never speaks well of me.”

Jesus, Trump is like a middle school girl who just saw his brush talking to a cheerleader.

“I thought you liked me, and but I guess you just like hot girls with big pom-poms!”

Brit Hume of Fox News did not have much sympathy for Trump either.

You know I am still against Democratic candidates going on Fox News and giving them credibility, but I do have to admit I like how agitated it gets Tangerine Hitler.

I love that Mayor Pete is giving trump a run for his money, he manages to throw back the insults without being nasty and they are so subtle, I don’t think dumb donnie knows he is being laughed at.. at this point I would seriously consider voting for him, but haven’t made up my mind because it is too early.

Does he even realize Mike Wallace died seven years ago?

Demented Donnie has said McGann doesn’t have to testify before Congress. They cited some old law.

Can’t be compelled but that doesn’t mean he can’t do so voluntarily. I sure hope he volunteers to do it.

So, old law that says McGann doesn’t have to testify is valid. Old law saying IRS must hand over Trump’s income tax records to Congress is not valid.

In a 2018 WSJ/NBC poll, the demographics of Fox viewers are as follows:
    Republican – 53%
    Democratic- 23%
    Independent – 18%

Mayor Pete is way ahead of Trump in the smarts department to reach out to the Independent and Democratic Fox viewers. I never watch Fox news but on Sunday I did watch the Fox town hall and Mayor Pete was terrific. He put down the talking bigots like Laura Ingraham & Tucker Carlson, while also reaching out to the remaining Fox audience.

In 2016, Trump was able to capture the white, female voter over Hillary Clinton. If Mayor Pete can win back those same voters and other demographics for the Democratic Party, more power to him.

OT-FYI -Trump has repeatedly said his support has increased among ethnic minority voters. But there is scant evidence for his claims…12%…total?…

LAURA INGRAHAM (HOST): It’s hard to patronize and condescend your way to winning the nomination.

…”Forget Mayor Pete, maybe we should call him Pope Pete”

Forget Mayor Pete, maybe we should call him Pope Pete, because don’t you love how he, you know, because he attends church we’re supposed to treat him as the be all and end all moral authority or the arbiter of who is and who is not operating in good faith…”

What’s going on with Fox, by the way? What’s going on there?”
“They’re putting more Democrats on than you have Republicans,” “Something strange is going on at Fox, folks. Something very strange.”
“Someone’s going to have to explain the whole Fox deal to me,” Trump added.
