Despite requests to stay away Donald Trump went to Pittsburgh yesterday for a photo op at the synagogue where 11 people were murdered.

It’s always about him, isn’t it?

US President Donald Trump has offered condolences at the Pennsylvania synagogue where 11 Jewish worshippers were shot dead at the weekend.

He was joined by First Lady Melania Trump, his daughter and son-in-law at the Tree of Life temple in Pittsburgh.

Hundreds of protesters gathered on the street chanting slogans against the president.

The visit came as mourners attended the first funerals for victims of the massacre.

The Trumps were greeted on Tuesday by Rabbi Jeffrey Myers, who led them inside the temple, where the worst anti-Semitic attack in US history unfolded on Saturday.

At a memorial outside, Mrs. Trump placed a flower and the president laid a small stone on a marker for each of the victims.

Trump also brought Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, you know because he’s Jewish.

However, Pittsburgh’s mayor refused an invite, as did the top four Republican and Democratic congressional leaders.

Trump’s presence was not seen as a comforting one, but rather one that reopened wounds and created disharmony in the city.

But none of that made any difference to Trump, all he knew is that there was an opportunity to get some press coverage that was not about investigations or criminal activity and he was not going to miss it.

“rump dismissed media reports about massive protests against his visit to the Tree of Life synagogue”

Melania and I were treated very nicely yesterday in Pittsburgh. The Office of the President was shown great respect on a very sad & solemn day. We were treated so warmly. Small protest was not seen by us, staged far away. The Fake News stories were just the opposite-Disgraceful!

CNN also reported that Trump’s motorcade had to be redirected in a different direction from its initial planned route due to the size of the protests.

Me thinks it was a ‘Marching Call’>calling himself a ‘nationalist’
“He went ahead with his campaign rally, he pronounced himself a nationalist,” Bechloss said. “And the ‘BE BEST’ explanation of that is he didn’t know what he was saying on that sacred day.” “‘Nationalist’ has been used to describe some pretty ugly people in American society,”

“We all make mistakes-this ineluctable fact of human life, arguably, springs one of the sources of religion itself: the knowledge that we cause harm, deliberately or inadvertently, and we feel sorry, and we don’t know what to do. Elaborate theologies of sin and forgiveness, reward and punishment, issue from this brute reality of the human condition. NOT Trump.
For allowing anti-Semitic attacks to rise 60 percent between 2016 and 2017 and failing to take a single action to counteract them.
Does Trump not bear any responsibility for Pittsburgh? Not even one percent? Half of one percent? Did he not contribute anything, in all his bombast, hyperbole, and scapegoating, to the climate of rage and mistrust that now blankets the country like smog?
Do you, Mr. Pence, even apologize for having a “messianic rabbi”—i.e. a Christian whose mission it is to convert Jews—say a prayer over our dead in the name of “Savior Yeshua”? This was a hideous disrespect to the deceased.

Not only have Trump and his supporters failed to take any responsibility, they have shifted the blame on others and perpetuated the very cycles of hatred that made these acts of domestic terrorism inevitable.”

Donald the republicans god can do no wrong in his eyes. Huckabee and those who are under the demons spell probably encouraged him. you know how they are always trying to convince god that they care about his chosen. heard pence snuck a rabbi lookalike in to convert some Jewish over to the evangelical side. arrogance is the brand of this new riech and nothing Donald did yesterday to heal the divide that he and Putin have systematically sowed. and there is more to come if the republicans keep the upper hand in this country.

Rabbi Jeffrey Myers said he’s receiving death threats after telling CNN President Trump is welcome at the Tree of Life synagogue. Myers was leading services at the temple in Pittsburgh when a gunman opened fire Saturday, killing 11 people.

“The president of the United States is always welcome,” the rabbi said Monday. “I am a citizen, he is my president. He is always welcome.”

……… Nice work there liberals…. real nice work lol. Please keep showing your true colors and violent nature.
