A Southern California man has been arrested after authorities say he sent an email threatening to kill U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein.

Authorities say Craig Shaver of Lancaster sent a Sept. 30 email to the senator. Other details weren’t disclosed.

Prosecutors said Thursday that Shaver, who has a 1991 grand theft conviction, attempted a criminal threat and accused him of being a felon in illegal possession of a revolver. He could face more than three years in prison if convicted.

September 30, of course, is smack dab in the middle of the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation fight so I would suggest that this Shaver fellow was watching a little too much Fox News, or perhaps he attended a Trump rally or two and lost his damn mind.

But remember, according to the Right Wing, it’s the Democrats who are dangerous.

“How ironic that the very medal Trump wants to give Nunes is called ‘Medal of Freedom.’ Freedom from a real investigation?” the editorial wondered.

Looks like Dana Rohrbacher may be losing his seat but miraculously, but perhaps not, the dumbasses are going to re-elect Duncan Hunter. I’m sure his opponent being Pakistani has nothing to do with it. No. Republicans would never elect a criminal just because his opponent is some brown foreign person, right?
