Wait until you find out to whom she is married.

In a media statement, Wynne Police Chief Jackie Clark said officers responded to a report of “suspicious persons” and arrived to find four juveniles lying on the ground with a woman standing over them with a gun. The officer let the children stand up and they explained they were selling cards for a school athletic program.

Bill Winkler has lived in the neighborhood for four decades and says seeing the students isn’t uncommon.

“Usually, it’s right before football season, late summer or early fall the kids were out selling these discount cards,” Winkler said Tuesday.

On Monday, Wynne police arrested 46-year old Jerri Kelly on four counts of aggravated assault, false imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Kelly doesn’t have a mugshot because Cross County Sheriff David West told WMC Action News 5 that she had a “medical issue” while she was being booked.

Kelly is the wife of Cross County Jail Administrator Joe Kelly, one of West’s employees.

Jesus! These kids were just trying to raise money for their school and this racist POS pulls a fucking gun on them.

Just one more day in Trump’s America.

If she receives preferential treatment because she is married to the jail administrator the internet is going to go crazy.

Um she already did receive preferential treatment. Her medical issue was hysteria. She will totally get away with this saying she felt threatened.
I live outside of Philly and we had that police standoff last night. The shooter had a long rap sheet but you know what it was mostly from? Selling weed. Weed. Also crack which is no good, but mostly weed. He had a long history of resisting arrest, so they send two good guys with a gun but look how that turned out.

Jerri Kelly probably wouldn’t uncover her racist face to let a picture be taken! Hopefully, a picture of her will soon be put on the internet. Someone’s got to have one, perhaps taken along with her husband Joe Kelly at an official county (police or jail) function.

Do Jerri and Joe Kelly have children who should be subjected to unwarranted scrutiny…like for jaywalking or littering or being too noisy or trespassing on a neighbor’s property? Maybe the Kelly children, Joe Kelly and Jerri’s immediate family could be interviewed about Jerri’s behavior in this specific instance. Do they condone it or make excuses for it? Does she routinely make racist remarks.

If the wife of the county jail administrator would act in such a way against innocent kids who are out fundraising, then maybe a closer look should be taken at conditions and treatment of offenders at the county jail. Is she mimicking her husband’s behavior? Is she a white supremacist…it’s out in the open now and condoned by the GOP.

Actions have consequences (ALWAYS) and Jerri just opened not a can, but a bucket, of worms. Even if she gets off scott free (very likely) her life and that of her family will never be the same. The Kelly’s lives will be forever “worse” (yea) and that is karma, well deserved for the horrible way she treated those kids. Those students will forever bear psychic wounds due to her treatment of them.

I live in mid-Michigan and local high school boys come around every fall to sell their discount card for $15 or $20. I invariably forget to use it later, but it’s money well spent/donated and the boys are always polite, smiling and grateful for the support.

“Just take him out and hang him, that’s what he deserves,” Lisa Sallee Bratt wrote on Facebook. Bratt, who is married to a Chris Bratt, Deputy Sheriff of the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office, declined to comment.

Probation relates to 2011 assault conviction
Brockway was put on probation in 2011 — and given a suspended 10-year prison sentence — after being convicted of assault with a weapon.
In that case, a prosecutor alleged Brockway had taken out a gun and threatened to shoot three people during a traffic dispute on a narrow road in Mineral County in September 2010, according to court documents.

    The priests rape the kids.

The ones left standing are shot by the “believers”.
