Is it to spend more time with this family?

I bet it’s to spend more time with this family.

Courtesy of HuffPo:

Wisconsin Rep. Sean Duffy (R) said Monday he plans to resign from Congress on Sept. 23.

The congressman confirmed the news in a post on Facebook, attributing his decision to a family matter.

“Recently, we’ve learned that our baby, due in late October, will need even more love, time, and attention due to complications, including a heart condition,” Duffy wrote. “With much prayer, I have decided that this is the right time for me to take a break from public service in order to be the support my wife, baby and family need right now.”

Duffy, 47, has represented Wisconsin’s 7th for the past eight and a half years. Prior to that, he served as the Ashland County District Attorney, and was a cast member on MTV’s “The Real World Boston” in 1997.

It is always to spend more time with the family.

Having said that I hope that if this is more than just an excuse that his baby is born without complications and grows up to be a strong Democratic American who is forever embarrassed by his father’s political career.

Okay so how many Republicans have jumped ship so far?

I have legitimately lost count.

These systems, which are widely used to validate the eligibility of voters before they cast ballots, were compromised in 2016 by Russian hackers seeking to collect information. Intelligence officials are concerned that foreign hackers in 2020 not only will target the databases but attempt to manipulate, disrupt or destroy the data, according to current and former U.S. officials.

The Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency, or CISA, a division of the Homeland Security Department, fears the databases could be targeted by ransomware, a type of virus that has crippled city computer networks across the United States, including recently in Texas, Baltimore and Atlanta.

WikiP>”They have eight children: Evita Pilar, Xavier Jack, Lucia-Belen, John-Paul, Paloma Pilar, MariaVictoria Margarita, Margarita Pilar, and Patrick Miguel. The Duffys are expecting their ninth child, due in October 2019. Due to the baby’s anticipated health complications, including a heart condition, Duffy announced that he was resigning from Congress, effective September 23, 2019, in order to focus his time and attention on his family.

Duffy is a practicing Roman Catholic.

This is their ninth child and his wife is 47. I hate these overbreeding Catholic parasites. They do more damage to the Earth than fossil fuel companies.

“last week, former MSU basketball star Mateen Cleaves was on trial for sexual assault charges. There was a video of Cleaves dragging a nearly-naked woman back into a hotel room, twice, as she struggled against him and yelled, “help me, help me, help me.” A jury acquitted Cleaves on all charges. On the final day of the trial, Michigan State men’s basketball coach Tom Izzo came to the court room to support Cleaves.” “On Twitter, Rachael Denhollander — the first survivor to come forward and publicly accuse Nassar of sexual abuse — reflected on the message that Izzo’s appearance sent. “Apparently MSU officials CAN make it to court in sex abuse cases. Not on behalf of the victims though,” Denhollander wrote. “The day I gave my impact statement, MSU was in court down the street asking to dismiss our cases. When you show up, who you show up for, matters.”

“Indiana AG being sued for sexual predation claims California is too weak on crime
Curtis Hill says “accountability for your conduct” is the definition of being an American.

Hill is currently being sued by four women for alleged sexual predation. A special prosecutor found the claims against him “credible.” Hill has denied any wrongdoing.
The four plaintiffs, a bipartisan group of statehouse staffers, allege that Hill groped them at a March 2018 party. An investigation by Indiana’s Inspector General found “multiple eyewitnesses” from both parties who said Hill’s conduct had been “inappropriate,” “creepy,” and “unwelcome.” After a special prosecutor appointed to examine the matter found the claims “credible” but said he lacked the required evidence of intent needed to prove battery, the women filed their federal suit in June accusing Hill of sexual harassment, retaliation, gender discrimination, battery, defamation, and invasion of privacy.

Over the weekend, Hill penned a Fox News op-ed blaming homelessness in California on the state’s treatment of non-violent crimes like drug use as misdemeanors instead of felonies.

“We need to make sure we hold people accountable for smaller offenses,”

California has one of the lowest rates of drug use in the United States. Indiana has the fifth highest.”

He should be getting a vasectomy while he’s at it. I don’t suppose he’s considered what the future will be like for his kids and grandkids in this world thanks to him, his fellow Republicans and every climate change denier out there.
